For the second week in a row, Halifax-based CloudKettle has braved the economic headwinds to post an opening on the Entrevestor Job Board. Our Job of the Week column today features its need for an Intermediate Salesforce Administrator.

Halifax-based CloudKettle is a consulting company that helps business-to-business SaaS companies improve their use of Salesforce and the Google Marketing Platform to increase revenues. Almost all of its clients are in major centres like San Francisco and Toronto.

Responsibilities

In this hands-on role, you will help build and optimize our clients’ Salesforce Orgs and follow best practices to keep them healthy.

As an Intermediate Salesforce Admin you will:

Collaborate with Salesforce Consultants, Developers and Architects to deliver the most efficient solutions to the client.

Perform administrative functions like configuring Objects and Fields, User

Management and System integrations.

Build automation rules using tools like Process Builder and Flows.

Maintain and monitor clients’ Salesforce Org health by testing and deploying Critical Updates in a timely manner.

Own the creation, maintenance and on time delivery of client documentation.

Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist clients with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud ecosystem.

Continually seek ways to improve the process of delivering Salesforce declarative Solutions.

Experience Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.

Have a current Certified Salesforce Administrator certification.

Have experience in requirements gathering, design, development, testing and documentation of Salesforce declarative solutions for clients.

Have experience building Reports and Dashboards in both Classic and Lightning environments.

Have experience in building automation rules using Process Builder, Workflows and Flow .

Understand and have experience building Org hierarchy and configuring Role structure to maintain a proper data model.

A solid understanding of how Salesforce security works on both a data and metadata level.

Understand and have experience in configuring custom Profiles and creating Permission Sets.

A Bachelor’s degree or college diploma.

Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
