Congrats to Atlantic Canadian startup founders! You've helped to ensure our fundraising for the Canadian Mental Health Association will surpass $1,000 this year.

But it's not enough.

As of Tuesday night, we had received 100 responses to our Entrevestor survey. We've promised that we will give $10 to the Mental Helath Association for every qualifying survey we receive by March 11. We're hoping to get 150 completed surveys by the end of the week, which means we'll donate $1500 to the association.

Last year, we made a donation of $1,280 and we're pretty sure we can beat that figure this year.

For the rest of the week, we're doing a full court press to try to get founders to get in their survey responses. So if you're a CEO of an Atlantic Canadian startup -- an innovation-driven company making a product for a global market -- please take a few minutes to complete the 13-question survey found here:

Here's the fine print on our donations: We’re capping this at 200 responses, so we could donate as much as $2000 to the Canadian Mental Health Association. We only accept startups from companies that meet three criteria: they must be based in Atlantic Canada; commercializing innovation; and developing a product for the global market.

As we have said, your responses to the survey will be 100 percent confidential. We do NOT publish data on individual companies, only aggregated data. If there is a particular question you feel uncomfortable answering, please just leave it blank.

This year, the survey comprises only 13 questions – the shortest questionnaire we’ve ever issued. We know how busy everyone is and hope people can fill out the survey with the least inconvenience possible.
