Newfoundland and Labrador industry group TechNL is looking for nominees for its board of directors with expertise in cybersecurity and risk management, finance and facilities management.

TechNL members can either nominate someone else for the role or stand for election themselves. Two members of TechNL’s existing five-person board are seeking re-election, leaving three openings. Board members serve two-year terms.

TechNL had a busy 2022, hiring new CEO Florian Villaumé, who previously headed up the Memorial Centre for Entrepreneurship at Memorial University, and in December announcing a new innovation hub for companies with remote operations.
