Halifax’s eOceans, which is developing an online platform for gathering ocean data, has joined the latest cohort of the Seattle-based Washington Maritime Blue accelerator.

Propel, the Atlantic Canadian tech accelerator, is seeking IT startups to participate in the coming cohort of its Incite Phase I program, which helps entrepreneurs establish their product-market fit.
