Fredericton entrepreneurship hub Ignite is looking for applicants to its Business Builder Bootcamp for ideation-stage startups, which will run from Friday, Sept. 22 to Sunday, Sept. 24.

The program promises to help founders determine whether their startup ideas are viable, as well as develop business models. The course material is based off the WKI ideation framework from Ottawa startup coach Wendy Kennedy, which invites entrepreneurs to ask themselves “So what? Who cares? Why you?” as a simple way to gauge a startup’s viability.

Participants in the Business Builder Bootcamp will be automatically accepted into Ignite’s startup accelerators and will also receive an hour of follow-up coaching.

“Through presentations, collaboration, storytelling, and reflection, you will gain insights into your customer’s pain points and proceed confidently toward building your business,” says Ignite on its website.

The program costs $350 plus tax, although meals are included. You can learn more and apply here.
