Industry group Atlantic Fintech and incubator Fintech Cadence have inked a deal to make the Montreal innovation hub’s online training and support services available to East Coast startups.

The Fintech Hub, as Fintech Cadence dubs its service, is a rolling intake online incubator that offers pre-Series A companies access to workshops, peer networking, one-on-one coaching and in-kind services.

Dal Innovates has opened applications for the winter cohort of its Collide training program for budding entrepreneurs.

Aimed specifically at university students, the Collide program promises to teach participants the basics of customer discovery and de-risking their startup, as well as preparing them for other Dal Innovates programming, such as its Ready2Launch and Lab2Market accelerators.
