St. John’s startup hub Genesis has announced the six teams that will vie for a $2,000 prize at this week’s Pitch & Pick competition.
There will also be a $1,000 second prize and a $500 Community Choice Award.
The Pitch & Pick events are held three times a year at the end of Evolution’s three annual cohorts. The last winner was Recimply, which is developing “smart receipt” software — a mobile application for consumers to store and organize digital receipts.
The event will be held at the LSPU Hall Theatre in St. John’s, with doors opening at 1:30 p.m. and pitches beginning at 2:00 p.m.
You can register to attend here for free.
