Dalhousie University’s Dal Innovates startup hub has opened applications to the three summer cohorts of its Lab2Market Launch Accelerator, which will include an Atlantic research stream, a national health stream and a generalized Atlantic stream.

Students, researchers and recent graduates are all eligible to participate. The program includes a 12-week, milestone-based boot camp and up to $15,000 of non-dilutive funding, as well as mentorship, networking opportunities, office space and cash prizes of up to $10,000.

“The LAUNCH program (previously Ready2Launch) is a summer accelerator for students and researchers who are committed to growing their ventures,” says Dal Innovates on its website “Launch is a 12-week immersive program that brings together members of the Canadian entrepreneurial ecosystem to turn ideas into viable products.

“Past teams have gone on to further their ventures at top accelerators around the world.”
