The Atlantic Technology Summit, which will take place in Dartmouth and Saint John on Nov. 18, is inviting startup founders to participate in this year's event as never before.

The organizers are introducing The Founders Floor, a dedicated showcase for Atlantic Canada's earliest-stage companies.

Every participating founder will receive a showcase space and an opportunity to tell attendees exactly what they are seeking, whether it's a technical co-founder, angel or seed capital, their first 10 paying customers, an enterprise pilot partner, or operator mentorship.

"It's a chance for the region's investors, operators, and builders to meet the companies that will define what comes next in Atlantic Canada's tech ecosystem," the organizers said in a social media post.

The cost is $500 per startup, and applications are open on the ATS website.

The summit is aimed at founders, executives, IT leaders, security professionals, and other technology decision-makers from across Atlantic Canada.

The conference agenda will feature discussions on practical AI adoption, cyber resilience, cloud management, and workforce development. Topics are expected to include moving AI initiatives from experimentation to operational use, strengthening digital trust and risk management, controlling technology costs, and developing in-house technical capabilities.

The keynote speaker will be futurist, author, and former Head of Innovation at Mattel Ramy Nassar. According to the event's promotional material, his presentations "cut through the hype with bold foresight and practical tools."

Early-bird registration is open until July 31 at a cost of $125. Organizers say the summit is designed for business leaders and technology professionals involved in building, purchasing, modernizing, or securing digital systems and services.
