Four enterprises will be on display Thursday when the J. Herbert Smith Centre hosts MTME: NEXT, the demo day for the Master of Technology Management and Entrepreneurship program at UNB.
The two-hour event will allow the latest cohort of MTME students to launch their startups.
It will be held at the Wu Conference Centre on the University of New Brunswick campus on Thursday, July 16 at 1 p.m.
The startups presenting at the event are:
Safe Mail Inc.
Founder and CEO Zachary Taylor
Safe Mail has developed cybersecurity software that protects organizations from phishing attacks. Its flagship product, IronClad, integrates with existing email security systems and uses network intelligence to detect and block sophisticated threats before employees can interact with them.
SYNRAAH
Co-Founders: Ogochukwu Nwakaire and Nzubechi Okere
The company is developing PALMUS, a smart ergonomic mouse pad that monitors wrist pressure and posture to detect strain associated with repetitive stress injuries. The device provides real-time alerts, helping computer users reduce the risk of conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
Little Halo
Founder and Developer Teni Ajetomobi
Little Halo is a childcare matching platform that connects newcomer families with verified babysitters who share their language and cultural background. The service also includes age-appropriate educational activities designed to support children's learning during each childcare session.
Creduman
Co-Founders: Maryjoe Udochi, CEO, and Daniel Ifebueme, CTO
Creduman is a fintech company developing a credit intelligence platform for people managing multiple credit cards. The software helps users optimize rewards, monitor credit utilization, avoid missed payments, and choose the most beneficial card for each purchase.
