The New Brunswick Innovation Foundation is looking for a new CEO, based in Fredericton. The non-profit announced last month that its leader Calvin Milbury was no longer with the organization. Since 2003, the non-profit innovation agency has invested over $85 million into New Brunswick companies.

Spring Loaded is a med-tech company known for its bionic knee-brace called Levitation. It is looking for two new team members: a Clinical Research Associate and a Business Development Associate.
Spring Loaded has recently been showing off its impact. In May, it held a press conference to show what the knee brace does for users. The company also accepted a $460,000 loan from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency. The Dartmouth-based company currently employs 35 people.
Also in the Halifax area is Cribcut, a Software-as-a-Service marketing company for mobile hair stylists who travel to clients instead of working out of bricks-and-mortar spaces. Last month the company launched its services in Toronto, a city with about 35,000 hair stylists. Cribcut is looking to hire a Senior Developer to build its web and mobile apps.

Spring Loaded is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for designing and coordinating orthopaedic research studies, collecting and analyzing data, writing papers, and maintaining relationships with our research partners.
Responsibilities
- Foster partnerships with existing collaborators and forge relationships with new potential research partners and advisors
- Work with Spring Loaded’s research collaborators to design clinical trials, a patient registry, and systematic user surveys
- Design in-house testing protocols for evaluating new products and new product features
- Plan, implement, and maintain data collection systems in support of all clinical research projects
- Lead data analysis and work with collaborators on appropriate interpretation

Business Development Associate
In this role, you will be expected to pursue and win sales with end users across a wide range of market verticals. While working closely with the Spring Loaded sales and marketing team, you will be in charge of prospecting and cold calling potential customers.
Responsibilities
